Questions about Mini Vanilla

Q: Where are your products designed?

A: All of our products are designed in Surrey, in the UK.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: Nearly all of our products are manufactured in Hong Kong by a family run manufacturing business. We have purposefully chosen this company because of the ethical working standards and family feel to the organisation. We believe that the values of our manufacturers line up with those of Mini Vanilla.

Q: My child is big for their age, what should I do?

A: We have a size guide that you can access here - it explains the centimetre sizes  associated with each age size. This should help you make a better decision for your child. 

Delivery Questions

Q: How quickly can I get my pyjamas?

A: As standard, we use Royal Mail Second Class to deliver all order to the UK. We offer this free of charge. However, we a small fee, we are able to offer next day delivery with DPD, as long as we receive your order before 12pm noon. We will send you a tracking code so that you can follow your order overnight. 

Q: Do you offer delivery outside of the UK?

A: Yes we do! We offer delivery to anywhere in the European Union. Postage and Packaging to EU countries costs £20. Delivery timescales will vary depending on location, however we are able to deliver in 3-4 days on average. 

Returns and Exchanges

Q: The pyjamas that I bought are a little small for my child, do you offer size exchanges?

A: Of course, we have a no fuss exchange policy within 30days of purchase. Simple return the PJs in the same state that you received them and we will happily exchange for a bigger/smaller size.

If we do not have the right size in stock for an exchange, we can offer to exchange when we have the item in stock, or offer a style alternative for you).

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
